I’ll be running my next half marathon in just over a month. Training is going well and my distances in my training are up to 14.25 km and I’m feeling great.
Having run many marathons throughout my life, taking on a half marathon used to be a feat that I didn’t think twice about. But after suffering with Plantar’s Fasciitis for 1-1/2 years, more or less, I don’t take any run for-granted anymore. My only goal at the moment is to run injury free.
