New Balance Zip 8505

[photopress:nbzip_1.jpg,full,alignleft]New Balance has just released the NEW New Balance Zip with brand new technology.  Seems the focus is on “New”.  Okay, seriously, we are talking about the New Balance Zip and comes in two models - a running shoe (8505) and a cross trainer.

So what’s different about this sneaker?  Well I’m not sure yet and it’s a bit too soon to tell and since it was just released yesterday the jury is still out.  What the folks at New Balance say is that the new technology impliments in the NB Zip include shock absorbing struts which provide the runner with an incredibly durable and smooth-riding running shoe.  Quite simply put these struts compress when your foot hits the ground and bounce back when you lift your foot.  Not only does this give you smooth cushioning, but you also get a tiny boost in every step.
